Dual Tank Systems
Our dual tank systems separate softening and filtration into two tanks. This makes maintenance predictable and efficient — so we include media replacement in your Protection Plan.

Single Tank + Chlorine
Chlorine is gentler on carbon media than chloramine. Systems in chlorine-treated areas have longer media life, so we can include replacement in your plan.

Chloramine breaks down carbon media faster — that's just chemistry. Including media replacement would mean charging everyone more. Instead, we offer replacement at cost when it's time.
