Can I add the Protection Plan to a system you didn't install?

No — we only offer Protection Plans on systems we installed. We need to know the equipment and installation quality to guarantee coverage.

How much does media replacement cost?

Protection Plan members pay $350 per tank for media replacement. Without a plan, media replacement is $1,200 per tank. The plan saves you significantly when it's time to replace your media.

What if I don't renew?

Coverage ends when your term expires. You can renew anytime, but there's no backfilling — if something broke while you weren't covered, that's not included.
