For water filtration system installations and services, we will perform the work in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. You agree to provide our technicians with reasonable access to your property as necessary to complete the installation or service.

5.3 Scheduling and Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to schedule installations and services at mutually convenient times. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added to your order total.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

6.3 Billing

For recurring services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You agree to update your payment information if it changes.

7.2 Installation Warranty

We warrant our installation work for a period of 90 days from the date of installation. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship and does not cover issues arising from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.

7.3 Returns and Refunds

You may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping charges. Custom-ordered or custom-installed products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR SERVICES
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OUR SERVICES
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• OUR SERVICES WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE
• DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED
• OUR SERVICES OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Filtration Brothers LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Filtration Brothers LLC regarding our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning our services.
